The Senior Vice President, Operations (Sr VP Operations) is responsible for the leadership, management and overall results of the operational service performance, account management and retention and profitability of corporate and governmental client relationships for our Client. The Sr VP Operations has overall accountability and performance for financial targets and attainment of all business plan goals, client retention and account planning, operational execution and quality service delivery, senior relationship management, and sales collaboration. The Sr VP Operations will have the responsibility for new client implementation, Merger & Acquisition analysis and oversight, coordination of client policies and programs along with consistent evaluation of process improvement in service delivery and cost efficiencies. The positions reports directly to the President and has extensive exposure to the Board of Directors of the enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring an effective overall service delivery experience for assigned clients by creating a solid relationship with several layers of the client’s management and personnel. Ensures that all targets that impact the measurement of our client as a provider are met or exceeded.
- Support organizational initiatives for brand expansion through hands on management and oversight of successful mergers, acquisitions, client implementations and/or new supplier/partner implementation.
- Responsible for account plan development and maintenance, management reviews, operational efficiency and execution, client forums, and business entertainment.
- Drives and supports business strategy development, implementation, and execution for a defined portfolio. Develops and drives revenue enhancement strategies in support of the business plan and the operational execution to ensure results are attained.
- Collaborates with the sales leadership and Vice Presidents/Directors of Business Development to prospect new accounts and cross-sell existing accounts. Focuses on the growth of the company and is accountable to the targets contained in the business plan and budget for meeting them.
- Oversees Vice President / Directors and other operational colleagues to ensure data integrity, referral revenue capture, quality of customer and client service delivery, and effective balancing of workloads throughout teams. Drives overall operational performance and consistency for continual process improvement.
- Provides creative input and planning for client events, such as the Corporate Forum, ERC, and other industry conferences. Determines strategies to promote our Client’s organization, offer educational content, and opportunities for client-to-client interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and License Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Real estate license strongly or prior experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification
Experience
Seven (7) or more years of leadership experience in the global mobility business
Experience in managing client relations and operations for the Governmental service sector
Involvement in and/or management of Mergers & Acquisitions
International and domestic mobility experience required
Direct client interaction and advisory experience required
Solid financial knowledge and understanding of accounting systems, client billing, expense processing,
payroll and global compensation preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with Real Estate laws and practices, financing, and disclosure
Strong people management skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
