Emergency Request for Vice President, Client Relations
Challenge: On a Friday evening, Signature Source received an urgent call from a client who was in need of a Vice President, Client Relations to immediately assume responsibility for several highly “charged” clients on the West Coast.
Result: Within three hours, Signature Source provided a fully qualified and highly regarded candidate for consideration. Phone and Skype interviews were arranged for senior management on Monday and Tuesday of the next week. Human Resources & Organizational Development
Challenge: Signature Source was engaged by a global association to recruit the most highly talented professional to fill a newly created Human Resources position. The priorities for the role included a critical need for “cultural fit”.
Result: The search included recruiting over 60 applicants, screening 22 candidates, coordinating interviews with Board of Directors, consultants and internal client representatives over a four month time frame. One candidate emerged above all with the attributes for “cultural” fit. Today the candidate leads both association leadership and organizational development to help the Client establish the Human Resource structure to meet the needs of leadership and the association.
