REPORTING ANALYST

Our Client is searching for an Operations Reporting Analyst with a background in global relocation. What does that look like?
This role is responsible for will partner with Client Services and Operations teams to successfully manage key data sources for tracking and reporting; manage and maintain program management changes and operational projects. Our Client is looking for a team member who knows how to think through problems and anticipate client reporting needs. We’re looking for someone who gets operations workflows and the meaning behind data.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and manage recurring reports to ensure data integrity
- Validate and manage continuance/discontinuance of cost-of-living reports
- Partner with the Business Services team to track client data
- Daily monitoring in SAP to confirm changes in assistance/back up to the Ops Analyst
- Prioritize, manage and monitor program Change Management to document/track all program and policy updates
- SLA monitoring and reporting through the year, as well as for business reviews in coordination with the reporting team
- Manage client reporting schedule with the Reporting and Ops teams
- Request and assist in tracking and managing report requests for both manual and automated recurring reports in conjunction with the Reporting Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 3+ years of business experience with a degree, preferably in computer science/technology
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of personal income tax or payroll tax experience and how it relates to relocation benefits
- Advanced knowledge of various software packages
- Demonstrates ability to understand interaction between key data systems
- Effective communication skills, comfortable engaging with team members at all levels within organizations; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail oriented with instinctive affinity for data and reports
- Must be self-motivated and driven to produce excellent results
