Our Client, a highly respected privately held, woman-owned firm, established to provide solutions for companies that no longer wish to dedicate internal staff, in whole or in part, to the management of relocation benefits. Our Client focuses on relocation benefit management from a human resources perspective and hires specialized talent to deliver against our unique service model, the reason for nearly perfect client and transferee satisfaction levels during 25 years of doing business. The organization accepts the responsibility to manage all aspects of the corporate clients’ relocation benefits as if the corporate client would staff internally. Operating as an extension of (typically) the corporate clients’ Human Resources staffs, the firm becomes their relocation department.
The Relocation Mobility Manager position is available for an experienced relocation professional located in the Western suburbs of Chicago. The key role reports to the Vice President, Mobility and to Human Resources Management of the organization’s corporate clients on an outsourced basis, managing all aspects of global relocation activity including: benefit counseling; service providers selection and management; expenses auditing, approval, tracking and reporting; and real estate program management.
This position will assist with relocation policy design and assume responsibility for pre-move counseling, budget estimates, relocation benefit administration, home sale program administration, expense processing, fiscal reporting and analysis, policy performance review, benefits counseling and outside supplier selection and management. The Relocation Mobility Manager will manage all aspects of domestic relocation management for one corporate client. Requires outstanding communications and customer care skills in providing counsel and orchestrating vendor services for relocating employees; and integrating with the human resources organizations of corporate clients. Thorough knowledge of mobility policy administration, homesale program administration, real estate contracts, closing process and related technologies.
- College degree
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and/or Mobility Services required
- Compensation includes salary commensurate with experience and company paid benefits for the employee plus discretionary annual bonus
