Our Client, a highly regarded global Relocation Management Company has the need for two onsite Mobility Consultants to join the team onsite at a globally recognized sporting giant and corporate account in Beaverton, OR. The Onsite Mobility Consultant is responsible for being a positive liaison between the Client Case Managers and internal teams, consultants and the relocating employees. This position is responsible for managing the work to successful set up and support mobile employees going on assignments and international transfers. This position serves to strengthen the relationship between our Client and the Corporate Client. This position is in Portland, OR and will sit on-site with the clients Talent Mobility team.
Principal/Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts and engages with the Client and service team regarding Talent Mobility programs. Serves as the consultant resource for second tier customer escalations and exceptions.
Responsible for assignment set up within Client operating systems including but not limited to: onboarding checklist, data entry, prep offer materials, initiations, data gathering/document collection, coordination with partners, compliance.
Keeps the operating systems updated with key information
Continually seeks and recommends improvements to internal operational processes as well as bring recommendations for relocation program improvements and efficiencies to Account Management for presenting to the Client.
Demonstrates knowledge of company products and services
May assist with ad hoc projects associated with the Client's mobility needs.
May also provide support domestic move programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years Relocation experience including direct interaction with client contact(s) is strongly preferred
Exemplary customer service skills – if internal candidate must be meeting or exceeding all performance targets in current role
Good fit with the “Client” culture
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to be consultative and solutions oriented as well as problem solve, make decisions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

ATLAS functionality knowledge preferred
