Our Client, a highly regarded corporate housing provider is rapidly growing and is expanding the Sales Team to build the brand presence in the global mobility market place. The Director, Business Development reports to the Executive Vice President (EVP). Our Client is looking for several experienced sales leaders, to help drive sales for the organization. Since launching in 2015, our Client has become the game changer in the Corporate, Temporary Housing and Travel industry by delivering a web-based automated solution that revolutionized a formerly manual labor-intensive business process. We are looking for hunters who want to play an essential role and provide critical solutions to clients. Our Client brings any salesperson an exciting fresh new way of thinking about our business that is guaranteed to inspire. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction and sharing with clients how the company’s technology will change the way they do business now and in the future.
This individual is committed to the achievement of the company’s growth and sales goals. Our candidate will be a hunter, problem solver, with excellent communications skills and a history of dealing with C-suite level decision makers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Generate leads–set up meetings with potential clients and to their wishes and concerns
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Work with team on client feedback to assist with new feature development/custom solutions
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
4+ years proven experience as a sales leader
Industry experience in Mobility, Travel or, Temporary Accommodations–A plus
Fast learner with a passion for sales
Proficiency in English
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering motivational presentations, experience with creating client relationships, emphasizing excellence, high energy level, excellent negotiating skills, experience with prospecting, excellent networker, thorough understanding of marketing, understanding of the importance of meeting sales goals, experience in sales planning, proven track record of independent work resulting in success.
