Our Client is seeking a talented professional to fill an Account Management Analyst position.  The position will be located on-site at one of the Client’s large corporate clients in Peoria, IL. The duties of the Account Management Analyst will be accurate and timely reporting of client data, supporting the interface between our Client Mobility teams, ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through delivery of high quality service.    The Account Management Analyst will provide expertise to Human Resource Managers on relocation or assignment-related issues or inquiries and interact with client contacts as needed.  The role will also provide policy counseling to relocating employees and/or pre-decision candidates, as needed and participation in special projects of our Client and the Client Mobility Team as needed

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Client Reporting:

  • Prepare client specific cost & trend analysis presentations in support of designated account management teams
  • Compile information for internal/external client dashboards, ongoing client status updates, and client account reviews.
  • Create, produce client Dashboard reports; compile information for client reviews and assist management in proposing effective solutions to meet client goals.
  • Manage internal database, ensure client data integrity such as contracts, and support ongoing maintenance.
  • Create efficiencies in data retrieval and analysis and ensure proper documentation of all reports.
  • As necessary, conduct ad hoc analysis by synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful conclusions.
  • Monitor internal controls and reports to update system as necessary

 

Account Support:

  • Works with Client Services Managers/Directors to continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their business, goals, strategies and challenges.
  • Assists Client Services Managers/Directors in management of Client specific processes and requests
  • Maintain and foster positive relationships with the Client’s internal departments and external suppliers in regard to exceeding client’s needs.
  • Supports Client Services Managers/Directors in client policies and recommend revisions as appropriate.
  • Ownership of Online Document Library.
  • Participate in client meetings as requested.
  • Support group moves as needed including Critical Path Schedule preparation.
  • Assist management in preparation of annual client year-end meetings, client proposals/presentations and projects, etc.
  • Research escalations, specific to operational issues.  Assists in resolution to client.
  • Monitor internal controls and reports to update system as necessary
  • Provides support to Client Mobility Team

 

Financial Analytics:      

  • Ensure data integrity is maintained for client matrix requirements.
  • Cost Projections as needed
  • Educate internal customers and clients on the processes, procedures, products and services of Operational and Relocation Accounting Department.
  • Monitor and report results on contractual client Service Level Agreements and goals that have been identified as being critical to quality.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of related business experience (reporting or financial analyst experience)
  • Proficiency with data processing software (SQL, Access and Excel, Cognos)
